FIRE HORSE SYSTEMS

Fire Horse for plumbers

Water doesn't wait for you to call back.

A leak is the one emergency where the customer is standing in it. They call until somebody answers. We make sure that's you - and we go back through the quotes you already wrote.

An HVAC shop we run this for

13 50+

Google reviews, in a matter of weeks

ECHA HVAC in Sacramento started at thirteen reviews. We asked their past customers as well as their new ones, answered everything that came in, and the count did the rest. The same review engine runs on every trade we serve - this is the shop that has been on it longest.

Where plumbing work leaks

Three leaks, and none of them are about your pricing.

The emergency you didn't hear

Somebody with water on the floor gives you one ring before they call the next name down. There is no voicemail in that moment and no calling them back tomorrow.

The repipe nobody approved

Repipes, sewer lines, and heater replacements are the tickets that carry your year. They rarely get a no - they get put off until somebody else's truck is in the driveway.

The drip they'll live with

Half your quotes are for something the customer can tolerate. Those are the ones that need asking twice, and nobody in your shop has time to.

Research on lead response is consistent about the shape of this: answering first matters more than answering best. See the sourced figures on the homepage.

Your numbers, not averages

What a week of missed calls costs you.

Use a normal week. The bad weeks are worse, not better.

Assumes a third of missed callers would have booked. The rest of them called somebody else. Repipe and sewer quotes aren't in this figure.

1

Found

Your listing says what you do, where you work, and that you’re open.

2

Answered

Somebody picks up, or texts back in seconds. Most work is lost right here.

3

Booked

The conversation ends with a slot on the calendar, not a callback.

4

Asked

The finished job turns into a review, which feeds gate one.

5

Chased

The quote that went quiet gets asked again until you get an answer.

Miss one gate and the rest doesn’t matter. Everything below sits on one of these five.

01 · Answering

It knows a slab leak from a slow drain.

Trained on your service area, your service call fee, whether you do sewer or septic, and what counts as an emergency. It triages, gives the honest window, and books it. Anything it can't handle comes to you with the details already collected.

· Missed call comes back as a text in seconds

· After-hours and weekend calls answered and booked

· Knows your service call fee, so nobody is surprised at the door

· Chat and live voice on your website, same brain

02 · Quotes you already wrote

Every unsigned repipe quote, asked again.

A repipe is the biggest number you write all month and the one most likely to go quiet. We read the open ones out of your software and follow up by text in your name until you get a yes or a no.

Same for what a tech flagged and nobody booked - the failing angle stops, the pressure regulator, the heater on borrowed time.

Reads from ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, Workiz, or QuickBooks. Somewhere else? We'll look before you sign anything.

03 · Reviews

Asked after every call, including the ones from two years ago.

You've been under hundreds of sinks and almost none of those people were ever asked. We ask them alongside your new customers, which is why the count moves in weeks rather than years.

· Check-in first, ask second - problems surface before reviews do

· Every review answered, usually within the hour

· Property managers asked once per property, not once per call

Review count and rating are the part of local ranking that responds to effort. The other two levers are your address and your categories - see the homepage.

Plumber questions

What shop owners ask us.

Will it quote prices it shouldn't?

It gives your service call fee and ranges you approve, and nothing else. Repipe and sewer pricing always waits for a plumber on site - it books the visit instead.

Can it tell an emergency from a slow drain?

Yes, on rules you set. Active water, no water, or sewage in the house goes to the top and can ring your on-call phone directly. A dripping faucet does not.

Do I have to take after-hours work to use this?

No. It can answer, quote your after-hours rate, and book the first morning slot instead of waking you. You decide what actually pages you.

We do new construction too. Does it handle that?

It routes builder and GC calls to you rather than trying to book them. These systems earn their keep on service work, and we won't pretend otherwise.

Is there a contract?

No. Month to month. Cancel any time and service runs through the month you've already paid for.

Let's see what the missed calls are costing you.

We'll record a short video showing where the work is leaking - your profile, your call handling, your open quotes - and send it over. No call required.
