Fire Horse for garage door companies
A snapped spring at 6:40 in the morning is a same-hour decision. Whoever picks up gets the repair - and the door quote that comes six months later. We make sure that's you, and we go back through the door quotes nobody signed.
No contract, cancel any time, running inside two weeks

ECHA HVAC in Sacramento started at thirteen reviews. We asked their past customers as well as their new ones, answered everything that came in, and the count did the rest. Different trade, same engine - and in emergency work the review count is what decides which of the five listings gets the 6am call.
Where garage door work leaks
The 6am phone
Springs break before work and after dinner, which is exactly when nobody is in the office. The customer has three tabs open and is dialling down the list.
The new door quote nobody signed
A door and opener package is a four-figure decision people put off until spring. Most of those quotes don't get a no. They get silence, then somebody else's truck.
The repair that should have been a replacement
You fixed a spring on a twenty-year-old door and said it's on borrowed time. Nobody followed up. When it fails for good, they start the search again from scratch.
Research on lead response is consistent about the shape of this: answering first matters more than answering best. See the sourced figures on the homepage.
Your numbers, not averages
Put in a real week - the one after the first cold snap, when every worn spring in the county gives up at once.
What we install in a garage door company
Found
Your listing says same-day spring repair, and shows the reviews to back it.
Answered
Somebody picks up at 6am, or texts back in seconds. Most work is lost right here.
Booked
The call ends with a truck and a window, not a promise to call back.
Asked
The finished repair turns into a review, which feeds gate one.
Chased
The door quote that went quiet gets asked again until you get an answer.
Miss one gate and the rest doesn't matter. Everything below sits on one of these five.
01 · Answering
Trained on your service area, your service call fee, the brands you stock and what counts as an emergency. It asks the two questions that decide the truck - is the door stuck down with a car inside, or stuck open - then books the window and tells you what's coming.
· Missed call comes back as a text in seconds
· Early morning, evening and weekend calls answered and booked
· Asks for a photo of the spring, the opener label, and the door width
· A door left open overnight gets flagged to your on-call phone
· Chat and live voice on your website, same brain
Works with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, Workiz, or QuickBooks. Somewhere else? We'll look before you sign anything.

02 · Quotes you already wrote
A door and opener package is the biggest number you write all week and the one most likely to sit. We read the open ones out of your software and follow up by text in your name until you get a yes or a no.
Same for the work a tech recommended and nobody booked - the second spring, the worn rollers, the opener on a door twice its age.
And the repairs on doors you flagged as near the end: a note a year later asking how it's holding up is the cheapest door lead you'll ever get.
03 · Reviews
A spring repair takes ninety minutes and leaves a customer genuinely relieved. That is the best review you will ever get, and it's usually the one nobody asked for. We ask the same afternoon, and we ask the back catalog too.
· Check-in first, ask second - problems surface before reviews do
· Every review answered, usually within the hour
· Before-and-after door photos posted to your listing and social

Garage door questions
Will it quote prices it shouldn't?
It gives your service call fee and the ranges you approve - springs, rollers, openers. Full door replacement always waits for measurements and a tech on site. It books the estimate instead.
Can it tell an emergency from a rattle?
Yes, on rules you set. A door stuck down with a car inside, or stuck open on an empty house, goes to the top and can ring your on-call phone. A noisy roller gets the next routine slot.
Will it tell someone to lift a door with a broken spring?
No. Safety language on springs, cables and drums is fixed and written with you - it tells them to leave it alone and wait for the tech. That script doesn't improvise.
Half my calls are landlords and property managers.
Those get handled differently: it collects the property address, the tenant's contact and the PO or approval limit before booking, so your tech isn't standing there waiting for someone to authorize the work.
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month. Cancel any time and service runs through the month you've already paid for.
We'll record a short video showing where the work is leaking - your listing, how a 6am call gets handled, your open door quotes - and send it over. No call required.
