Fire Horse for party & tent hire
You can't price a 40 by 60 without knowing the surface, the slope and whether you can stake. Every inquiry that doesn't become a site visit is a five-figure job that quietly went to somebody else. We book the visit while you're still on a crew.
No contract, cancel any time, running before the season starts
One inquiry · the whole path
Sunday 8:15pm · “tent for 150 in our field”
Date checked, surface and power asked, site visit offered.
Wednesday · you walk the site, quote goes out
Tent, sidewalls, flooring, lighting, tables. $11,400.
Three weeks and two follow-ups later
The date was the last one free that month, and we said so.

A business we run this for

Google reviews, in a matter of weeks
ECHA HVAC in Sacramento started at thirteen reviews. We asked their past customers as well as their new ones, answered everything that came in, and the count did the rest. Different business, same engine - and a tent customer is handing you their daughter's wedding, so the reviews carry real weight.
Where tent jobs leak
The inquiry that never became a visit
Someone asks what a tent costs. Without a site walk you can't say, so the conversation stalls in email. The competitor who offered to come out on Saturday gets the job.
The quote against your own calendar
You only own so many 40x60s. An unchased quote on a Saturday in June isn't just a lost job - it's inventory sitting in the yard on your best-earning day of the year.
The annual event nobody called
Fairs, church festivals, school fundraisers, company picnics. All annual, all in your files, all going to whoever calls them first in February.
Research on lead response is consistent about the shape of this: answering first matters more than answering best. See the sourced figures on the homepage.
Your numbers, not averages
Use a peak-season month and your average installed job, tent plus everything under it.
What we install in a tent company
Found
Your listing shows installed tents, sizes and the counties you serve.
Answered
Date checked and the site questions asked, the same evening.
Visited
A site walk booked into your week, reminded the day before.
Chased
The quote followed up until the tent is booked or back in the yard.
Asked
The finished install becomes photos, a review, and next year's booking.
Gate three is the whole difference. An inquiry that becomes a site visit books far more often than one that stays an email thread.
01 · Answering and site visits
Grass or asphalt. Stakes or weights. Slope, overhead lines, sprinklers, power. It collects all of it plus photos, checks the date against your tent inventory, and books the site walk - so the visits you do drive to are real jobs.
· Date checked against the tent sizes you actually own
· Surface, slope, access, power and overhead hazards asked up front
· Site photos requested before the visit is booked
· Permit and fire-marshal requirements flagged for larger tents
· Jobs below your minimum, or outside your area, filtered out politely
It never prices an install on its own. Ballpark ranges by tent size if you want them, and a booked site visit either way.

02 · Quotes and annual events
“This is the last 40x60 we have free that weekend” isn't a sales tactic when it's true - it's the information the customer needs. We keep the quote alive with real updates until you get a yes or the tent goes back in the pool.
Annual events called in the off season
Fairs, festivals, fundraisers and company picnics, contacted in February with last year's layout attached.
Weather calls handled for you
When a forecast turns, everyone affected gets the same clear message about sidewalls, timing and what you'll do - instead of ten phone calls at once.
Planners, venues and caterers kept warm
The people specifying tents for other people's events are worth a standing relationship, not a yearly email.
03 · Reviews and photos
Your crew sees it every weekend and nobody photographs it. Those images, plus reviews that mention the install crew turning up when they said, are what convince the next person to hand over their daughter's wedding.
· Review request after teardown, not before the event
· Every review answered, usually within the hour
· Installed-tent photos posted to your listing and social
· Tent sizes, counties and permit help spelled out on the listing
Review count and rating are the part of local ranking that responds to effort. The other two levers are your address and your categories - see the homepage.

How this works
Same ladder for every business we work with. Most tent companies start on Response in the off season, so site visits and quote follow-up are running before June.

Show the work, get chosen.
$397/mo
Step 2
Inquiries become site visits.
$897/mo
Step 3
Everything, running together.
$1,094/mo
Website build is separate: $3,500 one time, and the finished site belongs to you whether you stay or not. Hosting is included with any monthly plan. Ongoing edits and new pages are $197/mo, optional.
Tent hire questions
Will it quote an install it hasn't seen?
No. It gives ballpark ranges by tent size if you want, states plainly that the site decides the rest, and books the walk. Nothing binding comes from it.
Can it double-book a tent?
It checks against your committed inventory for the date and can hold provisionally. Confirmed bookings and deposits stay with your team.
What about permits and fire marshal sign-off?
It flags when a tent size or occupancy is likely to need a permit in your counties and tells the customer early, which prevents the worst conversation in this trade - the one that happens two days before the event.
Weather is our biggest headache.
When you decide a forecast changes something, one message goes to everyone affected with your actual position on sidewalls, timing and safety. It doesn't make weather calls - you do - it just delivers them at once.
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month. Cancel any time and service runs through the month you've already paid for.
We'll record a short video showing where the jobs leak - your listing, how fast an evening inquiry gets answered, what's open in quotes, which annual events haven't been called - and send it over. No call required.
