Fire Horse for event rentals
Do you have 180 chairs on the fourteenth of June. Nobody can answer that from the warehouse floor, so inquiries sit until someone gets to a desk - and half of them have already ordered elsewhere by then.

Google reviews, in a matter of weeks
ECHA HVAC in Sacramento started at thirteen reviews. We asked their past customers as well as their new ones, answered everything that came in, and the count did the rest. Different business, same engine - and in rentals the reviews are read by planners deciding whether your delivery crew will turn up on time.
Where rental orders leak
The availability question nobody answered
Your busiest delivery days are the days nobody is at the desk. A one-line question about chair counts waits until Monday, and by Monday she's ordered from the company that replied Saturday.
The quote that needed one revision
Guest counts move constantly. Every revision is a chance for the customer to go quiet, and a slow revision is the most common reason a rental order dies.
The customer from last June
Graduations, anniversaries, church picnics and company barbecues repeat on a yearly clock. Almost nobody in this trade calls last year's list before the season starts.
Research on lead response is consistent about the shape of this: answering first matters more than answering best. See the sourced figures on the homepage.
Your numbers, not averages
Use a peak-season month. That's when the inquiries and the missed replies both pile up.
What we install in a rental company
Found
Your listing shows real inventory photos and the areas you deliver to.
Answered
The date-and-quantity question gets answered in minutes, seven days a week.
Quoted
Counts, delivery address, access and timing collected before you price it.
Chased
Revisions turned around fast, and quiet quotes asked again before the date.
Asked
A clean pickup becomes a review, and next year's booking.
Gate two is where rentals are won. Nobody waits two days to find out whether you have chairs.
01 · Answering and quoting
It reads the counts you have committed for that date, answers honestly, collects the delivery details that decide the price, and puts the order in front of you ready to confirm. Nothing leaves the yard on its word alone.
· Availability checked per item, per date, from your own counts
· Delivery address, surface, access and timing asked before quoting
· Delivery, pickup and will-call fees stated from your rate card
· Revisions turned around the same day, as guest counts change
· Out-of-area or short-notice requests flagged rather than promised
Works with the rental software you already run - Booqable, Goodshuffle, Point of Rental - or a spreadsheet, if that's what you have.

02 · Repeats and open quotes
Rentals has a repeat business almost nobody works. Graduations, anniversaries, church and community events, company barbecues - all annual, all in your records, all buying from whoever contacts them first.
We ask them ahead of their date, with last year's order attached so they only have to say yes.
Annual customers asked before the season
Timed to last year's date, with the same order pre-filled.
Open quotes chased before the date passes
A quote for an event three weeks away is either an order or a released shelf. Both are better than silence.
Planners, venues and caterers kept warm
The accounts that bring twenty orders a year get their own thread, not the consumer sequence.
03 · Reviews and the listing
Everyone rents similar inventory. What people write about is whether the truck arrived when it said, whether the linens were clean, and whether pickup was painless. Those reviews win planner accounts.
· Review request after pickup, once the event is behind them
· Every review answered, usually within the hour
· Real setup photos posted to your listing, not catalog images
· Delivery area, hours and will-call rules kept accurate
Review count and rating are the part of local ranking that responds to effort. The other two levers are your address and your categories - see the homepage.

Rental questions
Can it promise stock I don't have?
It answers from your committed counts for that date, and where it isn't certain it says it will confirm rather than guessing. Orders are only final when your team confirms them.
My inventory lives in a spreadsheet.
That works. We read the counts and the committed dates from wherever they live. If you'd rather it never quotes availability directly, it can collect everything and hand you a one-tap confirm instead.
Delivery pricing depends on the site.
Which is why it asks about surface, gates, stairs and distance from the truck before quoting, and flags anything unusual for you. Those questions are also what stop a bad delivery day.
Most of my revenue is from three planners.
Then those accounts get their own handling - fast revisions, a named contact, no consumer marketing - and we'd work on widening the base, because three accounts is a fragile business.
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month. Cancel any time and service runs through the month you've already paid for.
We'll record a short video showing where the orders leak - your listing, how fast an availability question gets answered, what's open in quotes, who from last season hasn't been called - and send it over. No call required.
