Fire Horse for HVAC
Nobody with no air conditioning leaves a voicemail. They work down the list until somebody picks up. We make sure that's you - and we go back through the quotes you already wrote.

Google reviews, in a matter of weeks
ECHA HVAC started at thirteen. We asked their past customers as well as their new ones, answered everything that came in, and the count did the rest. Same crew, same trucks, same work.
Where HVAC work leaks
The busy season phone
The two weeks that pay for your year are the two weeks you can't answer. Every call you miss in a heat wave is a customer who is calling somebody else within the minute.
The system quote nobody signed
A replacement quote is the biggest ticket you write and the easiest one to put off. Most of them don't get a no. They get silence, and then a different truck in the driveway.
The off season
October and March are when a review count and a maintenance list earn their keep. Nothing else is bringing the phone back to life in the shoulder months.
Research on lead response is consistent about the shape of this: answering first matters more than answering best. See the sourced figures on the homepage.
Your numbers, not averages
Put in a peak week, not an average one. That's the week the money is on the table.
What we install in an HVAC shop
Found
Your listing says what you do, where you work, and that you’re open.
Answered
Somebody picks up, or texts back in seconds. Most work is lost right here.
Booked
The conversation ends with a slot on the calendar, not a callback.
Asked
The finished job turns into a review, which feeds gate one.
Chased
The quote that went quiet gets asked again until you get an answer.
Miss one gate and the rest doesn’t matter. Everything below sits on one of these five.
01 · Answering
Trained on your service area, your diagnostic fee, your brands, and what counts as an emergency. It triages, gives the honest window, and puts it on the board. Anything it can't handle comes to you with the details already collected.
· Missed call comes back as a text in seconds
· After-hours and weekend calls answered and booked
· Knows your diagnostic fee, so nobody is surprised at the door
· Chat and live voice on your website, same brain

02 · Quotes you already wrote
A system quote is the biggest number you write all week and the one most likely to go quiet. We read the open ones out of your software and follow up by text in your name until you get a yes or a no.
Same for the work a tech recommended and nobody booked - the coil clean, the capacitor that's reading low, the ducts.
Reads from ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, Workiz, or QuickBooks. Somewhere else? We'll look before you sign anything.
03 · Reviews
HVAC has a back catalog most trades don't: everyone whose system you touched. We ask them too, which is why the count moves in weeks rather than seasons.
· Check-in first, ask second - problems surface before reviews do
· Every review answered, usually within the hour
· Maintenance customers asked at renewal, not just after repairs
Review count and rating are the part of local ranking that responds to effort. The other two levers are your address and your categories - see the homepage.

HVAC questions
Will it quote prices it shouldn't?
It gives your diagnostic fee and ranges you approve, and nothing else. Replacement pricing always waits for a tech on site - it books the visit instead.
Can it tell an emergency from a maintenance call?
Yes, on rules you set. No cooling with a baby or an elderly person in the house goes to the top and can ring your on-call phone directly. A filter question does not.
We're slammed in July. Can we start then?
That's the best time for the answering side - it needs a 20 minute call from you and nothing else. Reviews and quote follow-up are better started in the shoulder months when you can read the report.
Will it touch my maintenance agreements?
It can send renewal reminders and ask those customers for reviews. It doesn't change your plans, your pricing, or anything in your software beyond marking a quote as followed up.
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month. Cancel any time and service runs through the month you've already paid for.
We'll record a short video showing where the work is leaking - your profile, your call handling, your open quotes - and send it over. No call required.
