Who we are

Fire Horse Systems (“we,” “us,” “our”) builds and maintains websites and marketing systems for local service businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have. It applies to this website and to the phone, text, and email communications we send.

Information we collect

We only collect information you give us directly:

• Contact details - your name, business name, email address, and phone number, submitted through a form on this site, our text widget, or given to us over the phone.
• What you tell us - anything you write in a message field or discuss with us about your business.
• Basic site analytics - pages viewed, referring site, approximate region, and device type. This is aggregate and is not used to identify you personally.

We do not buy contact lists, and we do not collect information about you from data brokers.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and schedule a call
• To send you appointment reminders and updates about your project
• To deliver and support the services you've signed up for
• To send marketing or promotional messages - only if you separately opted in to those
• To process payments and send invoices

Text messaging and mobile opt-in

If you check the SMS consent box on our form, or give us your mobile number and agree over the phone, you're consenting to receive text messages from Fire Horse Systems at that number. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.

Mobile opt-in information and consent will not be shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for any purpose, including marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information collected through this website will be shared with third parties for marketing.

Marketing text messages require a separate opt-in from transactional messages, and consent to receive either is never a condition of purchasing any product or service from us. Opting out of text messages does not opt you out of email, and does not affect your service.

Cookies and tracking

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies on this site:

• Essential cookies set by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, to serve the site securely and keep it available. These cannot be turned off without breaking the site.
• Analytics to count page views and see which pages people read. This is aggregate and is not used to identify you.
• Form and call attribution so we can tell which page a form submission or phone call came from. This runs through our customer management platform, GoHighLevel, on our own domain.

We do not run advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share any of this data with advertising networks or data brokers.

You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings, usually under Privacy or Site Settings. Blocking them will not stop you using the site or submitting a form. Most browsers also offer a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control setting, which we honor. To opt out of Google Analytics specifically across every site you visit, you can install Google's browser add-on.

Who we share information with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only with the service providers that make our business run, and only to the extent they need it to perform their function for us:

• Our payment processor, to bill your subscription
• Our CRM, messaging, and email delivery platform, to send and receive the communications you've agreed to
• Our hosting provider, to serve this website

These providers are bound by their own agreements to use your information only for the service they provide to us. We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterward. Customer records are kept for the length of the engagement and for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Records of your SMS consent and any opt-out are kept as long as required by carrier and regulatory rules.

Your choices

• Text messages - reply STOP to any message. You'll get one confirmation and nothing after that.
• Email - use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email.
• Access, correction, or deletion - email info@firehorse-systems.com or call 1 888-565-6168 and we'll handle it. We'll verify your identity before acting on the request and respond within 45 days.

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including the right to know what personal information we've collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. Use the contact details above to exercise any of these rights. We will not discriminate against you for doing so.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site and our services are intended for business owners aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of the page. Material changes affecting how we use your information will be communicated directly where we're able to.
